This is usually preceded by a personal visit from the prospective buyer to our kennels and, on our part, a thorough assessment of the potential future family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not support puppy mills or the deliberate breeding of \u2018unregistered\u2019 dogs or crossbreeds, a point which is reflected in our sales contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When puppies leave us for their new homes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>They will have a complete pedigree and will be registered with the Czech-Moravian Cynological Union (\u010cMKU), a member of the FCI (pedigrees will most likely be ready at a later date and will be sent to their new owners by post).\n\nThey will be vaccinated and dewormed in accordance with their age at the time of going to their new home.\n\nMicrochipped and issued with a pet passport for small animals\n\nInsured, covered by accident and illness insurance valid for 4 months within the Czech Republic at participating veterinary practices (the insurance must be activated by the new owners via a single payment)\n\nAccustomed to grooming and handling; they will be shaved, bathed and groomed several times\n\nProvided with a starter kit for their new home\n\nSocialised in a household with people, all normal activities, and other dogs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>o\u010dkov\u00e1na&nbsp;a od\u010dervena adekv\u00e1tn\u011b k v\u011bku odchodu do nov\u00e9ho domova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u010dipov\u00e1na a m\u00edt vystaven\u00fd pet pas pro mal\u00e1 zv\u00ed\u0159ata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u00edt poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpad \u00farazu \u010di nemoci platn\u00e9 na 4 m\u011bs\u00edce na \u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky u smluvn\u00edch veterin\u00e1rn\u00edch l\u00e9ka\u0159\u016f (poji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 aktivovat ze strany nov\u00fdch majitel\u016f 1 platbou)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>zvykl\u00e1 na p\u00e9\u010di a manipulaci souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s \u00fapravou, budou n\u011bkolikr\u00e1t oholena, vykoup\u00e1na a st\u0159ihov\u011b upravena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>m\u00edt v\u00fdbavi\u010dku do za\u010d\u00e1tku v nov\u00e9m domov\u011b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>socializov\u00e1na v dom\u00e1cnosti s lidmi, v\u0161emi b\u011b\u017en\u00fdmi \u010dinnostmi, a ostatn\u00edmi psy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have been breeding standard poodles since 2009; our first litter was born in 2015. We prioritise quality over quantity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are considering buying a puppy from us, or anywhere else, please use your common sense and trust, but verify! Unfortunately, over the last few years (both during and after the Covid pandemic), there has been an increase in the number of breeders who unethically produce dozens of pedigree puppies each year. Please do find out how many litters a breeder raises each year. According to the recommendations of national and international cynological organisations, financial gain should never be the aim of ethical breeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the same time, there are also \u2018so-called breeders\u2019 who apparently bought a dog at inflated COVID-era prices. And because it might be financially lucrative (or for reasons I cannot fathom), they have started \u201cbreeding as well\u201d. And, by all accounts, they are doing so without any knowledge whatsoever.
