Souhrn<\/h2>\n

V\u00fdskyt potravn\u00ed hypersenzitivity v populac\u00edch ps\u016f je sou\u010dasn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem, o kter\u00e9m se ov\u0161em nemluv\u00ed tolik jako o dal\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1va\u017en\u00fdch onemocn\u011bn\u00edch (dysplazie, torze). Pr\u00e1v\u011b imunitn\u011b zprost\u0159edkovan\u00fdm reakc\u00edm na potravu by m\u011bla b\u00fdt v\u011bnov\u00e1na do budoucna v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost v z\u00e1jmov\u00fdch chovech ps\u016f s ohledem na mo\u017enost d\u011bdi\u010dn\u00e9ho podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ov\u0161em prozat\u00edm nebylo statisticky prok\u00e1z\u00e1no. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b u n\u011bkter\u00fdch plemen byl pops\u00e1n \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdskyt tohoto typu onemocn\u011bn\u00ed. Diplomov\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce Potravinov\u00e1 intolerance a alergie u ps\u016f shroma\u017e\u010fuje sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dostupn\u00e9 v\u011bdeck\u00e9 poznatky autor\u016f zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00edch se touto problematikou, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm prakticky. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed p\u0159edkl\u00e1dan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce je dotazn\u00edkov\u00e9 \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 data od 240 respondent\u016f. Z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu zku\u0161enosti s potravinovou intoleranc\u00ed nebo alergi\u00ed uvedlo 107 dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch. Ti byli d\u00e1le dotazov\u00e1ni a z\u00edskan\u00e1 data byla zpracov\u00e1na v r\u00e1mci jednostup\u0148ov\u00e9ho t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed do graf\u016f, kter\u00e9 p\u0159ehledn\u011b zn\u00e1zor\u0148uj\u00ed ji\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 skute\u010dnosti t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se plemen, vyu\u017eit\u00ed, v\u011bku, typu diety \u010di potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch alergen\u016f v potrav\u011b. V\u00fdskyt potravn\u00ed hypersenzitivity se u zkouman\u00e9ho v\u00fdb\u011brov\u00e9ho souboru jev\u00ed v r\u00e1mci pohlav\u00ed jako pom\u011brn\u011b vyrovnan\u00fd, stejn\u011b tak u ps\u016f s rodokmenem i bez n\u011bj. Polovina ps\u016f vykazuj\u00edc\u00edch potravn\u00ed intoleranci byla vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na v\u00edce ne\u017e jedn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u011bk prvn\u00edho objeven\u00ed se p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f hypersenzitivity u zkouman\u00e9ho vzorku byl zji\u0161t\u011bn na 22,6 m\u011bs\u00edce. P\u0159\u00edznaky se \u010dast\u011bji vyskytovaly v kombinaci, ne\u017eli samostatn\u011b. Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zaznamenan\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edznakem bylo sv\u011bd\u011bn\u00ed (u 50 % dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch alergik\u016f). Desetina z dot\u00e1zan\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f trp\u011bla dal\u0161\u00edmi doprovodn\u00fdmi zdravotn\u00edmi komplikacemi. Jako potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed alergen uv\u00e1d\u011bli dot\u00e1zan\u00ed alergici nej\u010dast\u011bji ku\u0159ec\u00ed maso (45 %) a p\u0161enici (36 %). Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm potravn\u00ed intolerance\/alergie byla dle zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dotazn\u00edku zm\u011bna diety (68 %), kter\u00e1 musela b\u00fdt u 87 % dodr\u017eov\u00e1na celo\u017eivotn\u011b. K mizen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f po zm\u011bn\u011b diety doch\u00e1zelo v pr\u016fm\u011bru po 11,3 t\u00fddnech. \u010c\u00e1st dat vhodn\u00e1 pro dvoustup\u0148ov\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed byla podrobena ch\u00ed-kvadr\u00e1t testu, kter\u00fd ov\u0161em podobn\u011b jako u nastudovan\u00fdch autor\u016f ukazuje na neexistenci statisticky v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti mezi v\u00fdskytem hypersenzitivity a plemenem, pohlav\u00edm a p\u0159\u00edtomnosti pr\u016fkazu p\u016fvodu.<\/p>\n

Summary<\/h2>\n

The food hypersensitivity incidence in populations of dogs is one of current issues but it is underestimated compared to the other issues such as hip dysplasia or GDV. The immunemediated adverse food reactions should be in focus of dog breeder\u2019s attention because there is a possibility of heritability, although the current studies haven\u2019t confirmed it yet. However, there had been reported higher incidence in some breeds. The diploma thesis \u201cFood intolerance and allergy in dogs\u201d reviews actual available scientific knowledge published by authors studying this issue, mainly practically. The thesis elaborates a questionnaire survey with the sample of 240 respondents of which 107 reported an experience with food intolerance or allergy. These were questioned further and the obtained data were elaborated in graphs based on surveyed facts of breeds, usage of dogs, age, type of a diet or the potential allergens contained in the diet. The survey showed relatively equilibrated incidence considering the sex and the pedigree in the sample, half of the sample dogs showed multiple usage (sport, show, work, etc.). The average age of the first appearance of the symptoms was 22.6 months. The symptoms were present in combination rather than alone. The most common reported potential allergen was chicken meat (45 %) and wheat (36 %). The most common treatment was a diet change (68 %). In majority of cases (87%), the modifications were required lifelong and lead to disappearance of the first hypersensitivity symptoms within 11.3 weeks after the diet change. A suitable part of data was analyzed by \u03c7 2 test to identify possibly statistically important relationship between the hypersensitivity incidence and a breed, sex or the pedigree. In agreement with other reviewed authors, no similarity was detected.<\/p>\n
