We’re expecting puppies

Information for those interested in puppies from us
We only reserve puppies upon signing a reservation agreement and payment of the reservation fee. This is usually preceded by a personal visit from the prospective buyer to our kennels and, on our part, a thorough assessment of the potential future family.
We do not support puppy mills or the deliberate breeding of ‘unregistered’ dogs or crossbreeds, a point which is reflected in our sales contract.
When puppies leave us for their new homes:
- They will have a complete pedigree and will be registered with the Czech-Moravian Cynological Union (ČMKU), a member of the FCI (pedigrees will most likely be ready at a later date and will be sent to their new owners by post). They will be vaccinated and dewormed in accordance with their age at the time of going to their new home. Microchipped and issued with a pet passport for small animals Insured, covered by accident and illness insurance valid for 4 months within the Czech Republic at participating veterinary practices (the insurance must be activated by the new owners via a single payment) Accustomed to grooming and handling; they will be shaved, bathed and groomed several times Provided with a starter kit for their new home Socialised in a household with people, all normal activities, and other dogs

- čipována a mít vystavený pet pas pro malá zvířata
- mít pojištění pro případ úrazu či nemoci platné na 4 měsíce na území České republiky u smluvních veterinárních lékařů (pojištění je nutné aktivovat ze strany nových majitelů 1 platbou)
- zvyklá na péči a manipulaci související s úpravou, budou několikrát oholena, vykoupána a střihově upravena
- mít výbavičku do začátku v novém domově
- socializována v domácnosti s lidmi, všemi běžnými činnostmi, a ostatními psy
We have been breeding standard poodles since 2009; our first litter was born in 2015. We prioritise quality over quantity.
If you are considering buying a puppy from us, or anywhere else, please use your common sense and trust, but verify! Unfortunately, over the last few years (both during and after the Covid pandemic), there has been an increase in the number of breeders who unethically produce dozens of pedigree puppies each year. Please do find out how many litters a breeder raises each year. According to the recommendations of national and international cynological organisations, financial gain should never be the aim of ethical breeding.
At the same time, there are also ‘so-called breeders’ who apparently bought a dog at inflated COVID-era prices. And because it might be financially lucrative (or for reasons I cannot fathom), they have started “breeding as well”. And, by all accounts, they are doing so without any knowledge whatsoever. Otherwise, I cannot imagine why people interested in puppies from these kennels are contacting me to ask for basic information which, it seems, the breeder is unable to provide.[
